The staff was willing to help when needed. We didn't have time, however the continental breakfast looked adequate.

For a 3 star hotel everything was perfect, I loved to be here. The staff was willing to help, many of them were amicable people. The room for hot water. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant DE Leon BAR Grill. I would definitely recommend this place, didn't want to leave.

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a very very nice area, close to train and trolley stop. The staff was attentive, the rooms were new-fashioned, we had a very enjoyable experience. Everything was amazing during our stay yet disappointing aspect was very small bathroom. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and had toast, breads, pastries and tea.

The hotel met needs, it was an excellent stay in front of my room less than 60 feet away. The staff was willing to help, they care about everyone. The room was neat, with comfortable beds. The breakfast had lots of food, like toast, breads and pastries.

I really enjoyed staff and rooms of this hotel. The rooms with comfortable beds and 2 TVs, as example. I had quick lunch at Mcdonald's, located close to the property.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building adjacent to downtown and train tracks with multiple trains daily and shops.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were responsive and the location was STRATEGIC. Location not far from St Augustine. Its food was appetising, with lots of meals.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with great food and beautiful location close enough to downtown, St Augustine Beach and Restaurants in area. The personnel was accommodating and the rooms were non-smoking. The early check-in process too.

It was surely a perfect 10/10 stay. The location was perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a compact prison. Newly decorated rooms, beautiful views, the staff was best.

I truly enjoyed that the hotel was huge and blissful. The room I booked was well cleaned with 2 TVs, coffee and fridge. The beach was beautiful.

Good enough and modern rooms, very polite staff. This quite convenient hotel is set in a downtown area.

All in all, I spend my time comfortably. Historic district was worth staying in. I also went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Really loved that the room included central heating, an ironing set and a work desk. I would recommend the place.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. When I arrived the owner was kind! What's more, I greatly enjoyed the free WiFi, available in the inn.
